Sadhna Shrivastav, a revered figure in Indian arts and culture, embarked on her journey in 1979 and quickly became a defining television personality of the 80s and 90s. Her diverse roles as a consultant, festival coordinator, television anchor, stage compere, director, and author have significantly shaped India's cultural narrative. She has been honored with prestigious awards, including the International Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009, the Polish Government’s Award for Outstanding Contribution in 2011, the Utsav Samman for Lifetime Achievement in 2022, and the SaMaPa Award for Excellence in 2023.
Beyond accolades, her commitment is evident in her work on the Ministry of Culture’s Expert Committee and as a consultant for the ABU International Dance Festival. During the 2020 lockdown, she launched "Kala Kahani," a series on Young Indian cultural luminaries.
