As the founder of Alifia Dance Atelier, Mofassal Alif has created a dynamic platform where dancers explore Bollywood, hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary styles with creative freedom. Beginning his journey under the mentorship of MR Wasek, Alif’s passion for movement soon led him to the prestigious Terence Lewis Contemporary Dance Company in Mumbai, where he deepened his technique and broadened his artistic perspective.
In just eight years, he has emerged as a notable performer and choreographer across Bangladeshi media, earning recognition through honours such as the Kalajeeva Puraskar and the Preranasri Award. His work reflects an energetic blend of cultural pride and contemporary global influence.
Alif’s mission remains clear—to foster an inclusive dance culture in Bangladesh that empowers young artists to challenge conventions and discover their own voice. Through scholarships and training opportunities at his academy, he continues to break barriers to access, encouraging the next generation to pursue their dreams with courage and creative independence.
