With over 30 years of expertise, she excels in Odissi, folk, semi-classical, and Mayurbhanj Chhau, and is proficient in Kalarippayattu. Holding a Master's in Performing Arts (Odissi), MA in English, BEd, NTT, and PGDM in Mass Comm and Journalism, Shally has earned numerous accolades, including the National Nritya Shiromani and Padmavati Rashtriya Nrutya Pratibha Puraskaar.

As the Founder Director of Virasat Ensemble, she significantly contributes to cultural festivals, research centers, and Women Empowerment projects.
