Sanjukta Sinha is a leading Kathak dancer trained under Pandit Arjun Mishra Ji and Padma Vibhushan Smt. Kumudini Lakhia Ji. Her work reflects a strong grounding in classical technique with a clear, contemporary sensibility. Known for precise footwork, controlled movement, and expressive abhinaya, she brings clarity and depth to her performances.
She is a recipient of the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar from the Sangeet Natak Akademi, India. Sanjukta has performed extensively across India and internationally, including at the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, Fall for Dance New York, Battery Dance Festival, Tanzmesse Düsseldorf, Curve Theatre UK, Esplanade Singapore, and the Royal Opera House London.
She has also collaborated with artists such as Bikram Ghosh and Anoushka Shankar, continuing to present Kathak in diverse performance contexts while staying anchored in its core traditions.
