Sabir Hussain, trained under Ustad Rafiuddin Sabri, excels in various Gharana styles. He has performed at prestigious festivals, earned accolades, and collaborated with eminent artists, making him a top young tabla player.

Sabir Hussain, born on February 2nd in Delhi, began learning tabla at the age of five under the guidance of his uncle, the renowned Ustad Rafiuddin Sabri. Proficient in various Gharana styles, including Delhi, Ajrada, and Punjab, Sabir has showcased his talent at prestigious festivals such as the Sopan Music Festival, Delhi Literature Festival, G20 Summit, and Shri Baba Harivallabh Sangeet Samaroh. His notable performances extend to platforms like Dilli Durbar, Saaz O Awaaz Music Society, and the Sufi Festival.

A Sangeet Visharad from Darpan Music Society of Kairana Gharana, he is also a tabla teacher at Shriram Bhartiya Kala Kendra. Sabir's accolades include multiple first prizes from Malhaar, Nutan Marathi, Pancham, and Saaz o Awaaz. He has collaborated with eminent artists like Meeta Pandit, Dr. Rajib Chakraborty, and Pandit Biswajeet Roy Chaudhary, establishing himself as one of the finest young tabla players.
