Currently serving as the director of Gurukul Chhau Dance Sangam, Rajesh has garnered acclaim for his choreography, receiving accolades such as Best Choreography awards from Dance Bangla Dance on ZEE TV, India's Got Talent (Runner Up), and Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega.
