Smt. Parul Mishra is a distinguished Kathak performer, choreographer, and pedagogue of the Jaipur Gharana, with a career spanning over four decades. Trained under eminent gurus including Late Pt. Ramgopal Mishra and Padma Vibhushan Pt. Durgalal, she holds a Master’s Degree in Kathak from Kathak Kendra, New Delhi, along with Sangeet Visharad and Nritya Praveen qualifications earned with distinction.
Parul Mishra has performed extensively across India and internationally, with notable engagements in Mauritius, Europe, the Caribbean, the USSR, and East Asia. She has been deputed by ICCR as a dance teacher to Mauritius, choreographed for prestigious institutions, and assisted legendary maestros in major productions. An ‘A’ Grade artiste of Doordarshan, she has appeared on national and international television platforms.
Equally respected as an educator, she has served as a judge for national awards and continues to nurture future generations through institutional affiliations and private training, embodying grace, scholarship, and dedication to Indian classical dance.
