Nayanika Ghosh, an internationally acclaimed Kathak dancer and choreographer, is the visionary Founder-Director of Ninaad Foundation, dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian classical dance through extensive performances, teaching, and societal contributions.

Nayanika Ghosh is an internationally acclaimed Kathak dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She is the Founder-Director of Ninaad Foundation, a Regional Advisory Committee Member of ICCR Delhi and Northern India, and the Promotional Chief of Sanskar Bharati Haryana Prant. Trained under renowned gurus such as Padmabibhusan Pt. Birju Maharaj and Padmasree Lt. Rani Karnaa, she holds a Master of Arts in Dance from Rabindra Bharati University and a Master of Arts in Bengali Literature from Calcutta University.

Her significant performances include the Khajuraho Dance Festival, Taj Mahotsav, and international tours to Bangladesh, South Africa, Russia, and Malaysia. A recipient of numerous awards like the "Nritya-Shiromani" and "Satyabhama" titles, Nayanika has also contributed to society by training underprivileged children through Ninaad Foundation and organizing festivals to promote Indian classical arts. Her extensive 25-year career showcases her dedication to preserving and promoting Kathak.
