Nainika Mukherjee is a beacon of grace and expertise in the world of Kathak dance and dance therapy. With a master’s degree in counselling psychology, her illustrious journey in Kathak began in 2005 under the tutelage of the revered Ms. Swati Sinha. From 2016 to 2021, she completed her Diploma with Honours and achieved a Distinction in her Post Diploma under the eminent Guru Pt. Rajendra Gangani at Kathak Kendra, New Delhi.

In tandem with her artistic pursuits, Ms. Mukherjee has delved deeply into the therapeutic potential of dance. Her master’s dissertation, exploring the ‘Impact of Dance and Movement on Stress and Mental Health,’ underscores her scholarly commitment. Further enhancing her credentials, she has undergone specialised training in Dance Movement Therapy at the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.
