Mahima Satsangi, an epitome of grace and dedication in Kathak, has been meticulously trained under the revered Padma Shri Guru Shovana Narayan. With 14 years of profound dance experience and an impeccable record of performances, she shines as a key member of the Asavari Centre for Kathak repertory and a Grade 'B' Doordarshan artist. Her six-year tenure as an educator spans various dance forms, showcasing her versatility.
Mahima's illustrious performances include international and national stages, such as Yajnaseni in Vietnam, Ramagman in Delhi, and the esteemed Delhi Darbar. She has also adorned events like the Allahabad Museum exhibition and the Delhi International Arts Festival. Academically, she possesses a Senior Diploma from Prayag Sangeet Samiti and has advanced her studies at Kathak Kendra, Delhi. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Political Science from IGNOU, Mahima’s journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to Kathak, blending performance, pedagogy, and choreography with elegance.
