Gunjann Taneja is a dynamic leader in the beauty industry, holding a world record for executing 345 makeups in 2 hours with a compact team. As Director of Bharti Taneja Alps Beauty Group, she has transformed salons, clinics, academies, and product manufacturing from 2000 to 2023. Her expertise spans across beauty, education, and entrepreneurship, with Harvard certifications in rhetoric and public speaking, alongside 22 specialized courses in beauty, hair, skin, and nails. She is a published author, having written India’s first books on salon and retail management. Gunjann also serves as Vice President of the Chamber of Trade Industry and Women Empowerment-GCCR, driving initiatives that support women in business.
Currently, as COO of Naturals Skill Development and Training Centers, she oversees 800+ centers and spearheads collaborations with IIT Madras for innovative curriculum design. Her relentless passion for education and beauty makes her an influential force in the industry.
