I work in a joint family business and sometimes it feels lucky to have a fully established business. But thats not it. If you want survive in this competitive field, than you have to go beyond your limits, to show what you are capable of. In a family business, the most important tool you need is family support, and positive guidance.
Sometimes it is really difficult to work in unison, because everyone seems to be anxious about the outcome. But, through mindful discourse and unified action, , we manage to create some of the finest machines which are exported across the world, with the 'Made In India' mark. The credit of course, goes to the dedication of our strong team. My father always reminds me, that if you wish to succeed, than you must learn to listen and relate to your employees, like you do to your family.
I believe, that if we (Indian's) can work together with a 'mission on our minds', we can make machines, and products that match global standards, and become self reliant.
