For me, positivity is a daily choice that requires effort. From the moment I wake up to the time I go to sleep, I remind myself to stay positive because it's what I project into the world. Meditation plays a significant role in this; I use it not only in a traditional sense but also through dance, turning it into a source of positivity and happiness in my life. Throughout the day, I approach each activity as a meditative process, fully engaging with it and seeking the positive aspects. Positivity, to me, is a crucial daily decision for a happy life.
