Discipline earlier felt like structure — something external, something I had to plan and follow.
Over time, it has become much more internal. Today, discipline is about honesty for me: showing up even when there is no motivation, no applause, no immediate outcome.
It is quieter now, less rigid, but far more consistent. It is no longer about control. It is about commitment — a kind of devotion to the process, regardless of how I feel on a given day.
