As the Managing Director of Teamwork Arts, Roy has an impressive portfolio of over 1000 hours of varied films and television shows under his direction and production. His work spans across drama series, game shows, newsmagazines, and lifestyle programmes. His excellence in filmmaking was recognized with a National Award for Best Director for 'Shahjahanabad The Twilight Years'. He also plays the role of Producer for prestigious events such as the Jaipur Literature Festival and The Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards (META), among others. Under Roy's leadership, Teamwork organizes 33 annual Arts Festivals across 42 cities in 17 countries, ranging from Adelaide to Toronto. The production house also has several feature films and documentaries to its credit. Outside of the arts, Roy is a founder trustee of the Salaam Baalak Trust, an organization dedicated to aiding street and working children in inner-city Delhi.
