Spiritual Illumination

As a practitioner of Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism for over 13 years, I've learned that cultivating positivity is not a mere trick; it requires a transformative practice and internal changes. I believe true positivity emerges when we actively work on cleansing ourselves from within. Instead of wishful thinking, affirming positive thoughts becomes more genuine when accompanied by actual positive changes within ourselves.
