A Mind in Tune

Artist’s Reflection

In today’s world, surrounded by constant negativity, remaining positive is not an abstract idea for me. It begins with something very simple yet deeply essential: keeping the mind in balance.

To stay balanced, I sing songs that come from the heart, enjoy music deeply, and share that joy with others. Music, for me, is not only an act of expression but also a way of listening inward. I also make it a point to listen to meaningful music, because it helps preserve my mental and emotional equilibrium. This balance is what allows compassion to remain alive within us.

That compassion must extend beyond human relationships. It must include every animal and the natural world around us—trees, plants, and all living beings. When the mind is steady, kindness becomes instinctive rather than forced.

In everyday life, this awareness shows itself through small but important choices: not plucking flowers unnecessarily, not damaging plants, and being mindful about how we dispose of our household waste. These actions may seem minor, but they reflect the respect we hold for the world we inhabit.

In my own small way, I try to bring attention to these habits, because caring for our environment and for one another begins with consciousness in daily living. This, for me, is how balance is sustained—and how positivity quietly survives.
