The Rhythm of Daily Sadhana

Artist’s Reflection

For me, spirituality is not a topic of conversation or something that can be neatly explained in words. It is not built on borrowed thoughts, secondhand stories, or things heard in passing. It is something to be lived, experienced, and felt in every moment of life. It is a deeply personal and tangible reality that slowly grows within you through consistent experience.

I am fortunate to have a Guru, and that guidance has helped me remain rooted in my sadhana with discipline and sincerity. A significant part of my daily routine is devoted to meditation and spiritual practice. This time, which I consider my time with the Divine, is something I feel truly blessed to have. It is not an occasional activity, but an essential rhythm that shapes my day and my inner world.

Spirituality, for me, is not separate from life. It is an integral part of how I think, feel, and live. I am also a devotee of both Shiva and Shakti, and in many ways, I feel that my life itself is dedicated to their presence and energy.
