Surrendering to the Practice

Monologue

I remain positive by surrendering to my daily practice. Repetition becomes a form of meditation—much like conscious breathing—where the self gradually dissolves into the act of creation. Amid movement, noise, and crowded rhythms, I trust this process as a quiet inner guide. When energy flows through the work without resistance, struggle gives way to harmony, and this inner alignment sustains my positivity.
