Anukriti Vishwakarma embodies the fusion of tradition and modernity in Indian Classical Dance. Trained in Lucknow Gharana style at Kathak Kendra under Pandit Jai Kishan Maharaj, she pursued post-graduation at Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, guided by Shrimati Asha Sharma.Mentored by stalwarts like Pandit Birju Maharaj, Kumudini Lakhiya, and Aditi Mangaldas, Anukriti holds scholarships from the Ministry of Culture, is a graded artist on Delhi Doordarshan, and an SPIC MACAY empanelled artist. She's also a World University of Design PhD scholar. With global performances and a role at Shri Ram Bhartiya Kala Kendra, she founded Punaraakriti Performing Arts in Dwarka, Delhi, infusing classical art with a contemporary touch.
